First: Packaging Method and Type
To provide a distinctive experience and ensure that your products are protected, the type of packaging used depends on the nature of the order, as follows:
* Bundle orders: Orders are shipped and packaged in Sweet Sip’s signature pink box.
* Individual item orders: Orders are shipped and packaged in standard shipping packaging designed to protect the product.
Second: Order Processing
Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed.
Third: Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping company and destination city. Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia usually takes between 3 and 7 business days.
Fourth: Shipping Areas and Fees
* Sweet Sip provides shipping and delivery services to all regions and cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping companies.
* Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination or available promotions. The shipping cost will be displayed to the customer before the purchase is completed.
Fifth: Order Tracking
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, the customer will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or the WhatsApp number registered with the order. This allows the customer to track the shipment directly with the carrier.
Sixth: Exchange and Return Policy — Sensitive Product Exception
Due to the special nature of our products, their high sensitivity to temperature, and our commitment to public health and product safety:
* Products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once they have been shipped. Exposure to varying shipping conditions may affect product quality, after which the product is considered damaged and unsuitable for resale.
* The customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund only before the order status changes to “Processing.”
Seventh: Customer Responsibility and Disclaimer
* The customer must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, mobile number, and National Address, to ensure successful delivery.
* The customer assumes full responsibility if they fail to respond to calls from the shipping company’s representatives or delay collecting the shipment from the shipping company’s branch within the specified period.
* Sweet Sip accepts no responsibility for any damage to the product or change in its quality resulting from the shipment remaining in the shipping company’s warehouses or delivery vehicles for an extended period due to the customer’s failure to receive it.
Eighth: Damage to the Outer Packaging
The purpose of the outer packaging, whether the signature pink box or standard shipping packaging, is to protect the quality of the product during transportation.
Any damage, tearing, or deterioration affecting the outer carton or packaging due to shipping conditions will not be considered a manufacturing defect or grounds for compensation, return, or replacement, provided that the product inside remains undamaged and suitable for use.
Ninth: Delayed or Lost Shipments
Sweet Sip’s responsibility ends once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company and the customer has been provided with the tracking number.
Sweet Sip will not be financially liable or responsible for compensating the customer if the shipment is delayed or lost by the shipping company. In such cases, Sweet Sip’s role will be limited to providing the customer with the documents required to submit a complaint and make a compensation claim directly against the shipping company as the party responsible for transportation.
