Therefore, we allow customers to exchange or return their purchases according to a policy governed by some controls: Customers can exchange or return their purchases within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Please note that the following conditions must be met to exchange or return products: 1. The product must be in its original condition upon receipt and in the original packaging with all accessories. 2. The product must be unused. * No returned product that violates these conditions will be accepted. 3. Please note that coffee crop products cannot be returned or exchanged because they are food items, but we are happy to discuss the reason for your desire to return or exchange your coffee. 4. If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product after fulfilling all conditions, the customer will bear the costs of shipping the return and also the shipping costs of the new product if they wish to exchange. 5. If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product for any reason after fulfilling all conditions and issuing a return waybill, the customer must deliver the return shipment to the chosen shipping company at their designated points within a maximum of 48 hours. 6. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, minus the shipping cost, after we receive the shipment from the shipping company. 7. The customer cannot cancel the order after it has started being processed and a message has been sent to the customer confirming the start of order execution. The customer bears the shipping cost if they wish to cancel the order after the shipping waybill has been issued. In case the customer receives an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order: 1. The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment through one of our communication channels. 2. Please provide photos of the product along with a detailed description of the problem. 3. We will verify the condition of your product before authorizing approval or rejection of the exchange or return request. If approved, Sweet Sip store for coffee tools and crops will bear the costs of returning the product and reshipping the correct product. 4. Defective or damaged products will not be exchanged for a different type of product unless the quantity of the product to be exchanged is exhausted. In such cases, coordination with the customer will be made to review available options. 5. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the shipment from the shipping company. 6. If the customer wishes to cancel the order before it is processed or a shipping waybill is issued, refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the cancellation date. Please be patient.
